Changes to the website
You can make a product or size change through the web.
If you want to make a product change through our website you must follow the following steps:
-If you have signed up for Lakshmi Soul:
- Enter "my account"
- Choose the option "View orders and make changes and returns"
- You will see all the orders made. Choose the option "detail" of the order you want to change
- Select the product to change
- Detail the reason for the change and indicate the size and reference of the item for which you want to exchange it and click on the "request return" button
- If you want to add a message regarding the product, you can do so in the option "Add a message"
-If you made the purchase as a guest:
- Send an email to lakhsmisoul17@gmail.com indicating the order number and size and the reference of the item for which you want to make the change Once the product has been received and reviewed, we will send you the product for which you make the change
* If the change is made for another product of lower value, the difference will be refunded.

Returns through the web
If you want to return a product because it was not what you expected, the size does not suit you, the color you do not like, etc ... you will have to send the products prepaid to our store. Once received and reviewed, if everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product (except shipping costs) using the same method that the purchase was made.

How to prepare the order for product exchanges and returns
Prepare the package with the item to be returned properly packed so that it reaches our warehouse in the same state in which it was delivered.
For returns you can send the package through the transport company of your choice.
Money back
Once we receive your return and check that everything is correct, we will send you a confirmation email and we will refund the money through the same means by which you made the purchase.
General conditions of exchanges and returns
• It must be within a period of 30 calendar days from the purchase of the order
• The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return: Lakshmi Soul will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging and labeling, or those items that are returned incomplete (both in their main elements as accessories), or products that have been used.
• Lakshmi Soul will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned product has been verified.
• The price to return is the one that originally appeared in the order, not counting the shipping costs
• The right of withdrawal will not proceed outside the indicated period
• Defective product: Lakshmi Soul in this case will manage the change of the product immediately. The change will always be made for the same item or reference. Only the first shipment will be billed, with Lakshmi Soul taking charge of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment
• Product that by mistake does not respond to the order: Lakshmi Soul will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed
• Products made to order, such as jackets for brides, are considered services and therefore are not subject to the general conditions of product exchanges and returns.
